ZahiFlow is a cloud-based clinic management system designed for healthcare providers. We provide tools for patient records, scheduling, billing, and practice management, utilizing international medical coding standards like ICD-10 and HL7 FHIR interoperability protocols to ensure seamless and standardized healthcare delivery.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. We reserve the right to change our prices upon reasonable notice.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
In no event shall ZahiFlow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
