By accessing or using the ZahiFlow platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ZahiFlow is a cloud-based clinic management system and healthcare directory. It provides tools for patient records, scheduling, billing, practice management, structured coding and interoperability-oriented data workflows. References to standards such as ICD-10 or FHIR describe supported data structures or workflows and do not, by themselves, mean a live connection to an external healthcare, laboratory, payer or government system.
You must create an account to use protected parts of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account, and should notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
ZahiFlow is administrative software and a healthcare directory. It does not practice medicine, provide medical advice, establish a doctor-patient relationship, or make clinical diagnoses. Medical decisions remain the responsibility of independent healthcare practitioners. Directory presence is not a guarantee of competency, treatment outcome or endorsement.
A user who claims or manages a clinic or doctor profile represents that they are authorized to do so and that submitted professional information is accurate. ZahiFlow may request licensing or identity documentation and may suspend, de-index or restrict profiles where verification is incomplete or information appears inaccurate. Verification is a trust-review state and is not automatically granted by subscribing to a paid or free plan.
Some informational listings may be compiled from public or licensed-source registries. Profiles marked as unclaimed have not been claimed or managed by the underlying facility through ZahiFlow. A provider may request a correction, claim or review using the available verification process. Public-source presence does not mean ZahiFlow has independently verified every displayed fact.
Healthcare providers remain responsible for medical care, diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment, professional licensing and clinical documentation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZahiFlow is not responsible for independent clinical decisions or treatment outcomes merely because the Service was used for administrative or directory purposes.
Some features require a paid subscription. Current entitlements and pricing are shown in the product at the time of purchase. Subscription status does not constitute professional verification, regulatory approval, guaranteed search ranking or a guarantee of patient acquisition.
Features described as ready for, structured for, or preparing for an external standard or service are not represented as a live production integration unless ZahiFlow explicitly states that the relevant connection has been validated. Government and payer acceptance may depend on credentials, configuration and third-party systems outside ZahiFlow's control.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access, or de-index a public profile, where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, false representation, non-payment, abuse or breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZahiFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will become effective as stated in the updated Terms or accompanying notice, subject to applicable law.
